reiki A.R.T & Masters

The meaning of the word Reiki translates to “life force energy”. Reiki is the energy that flows through all living things. Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level.

Reiki is an energy healing practice that is facilitated by placing the hands in a series of hand positions on or slightly above the body. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing that can be learned by all ages and no experience is needed. There are 4 levels of Reiki that ends with you becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher.

This class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experiential learning. Plenty of practice time is allowed for giving and receiving. This two day course includes:

LEVEL III (ART-Advanced Reiki Training)

*Receive ART attunement

*Receive and learn how to use the Usui Master Symbol

*Learn a Reiki Moving Meditation

*Learn to make a Crystal Reiki Grid that will continually send Reiki to yourself and loved ones

*Learn Reiki Psychic Surgery 

LEVEL IV (REIKI MASTER/TEACHER):

*Receive the Master attunement

*Receive two Tibetan symbols

*Instruction on how to give Reiki attunements

*Lots of practice giving attunements

*Manuals will be provided and are yours to take home at the end of training
*Please bring a notebook, water, and a light snack
*Mats and blankets provided but feel free to bring any other comfort items for floor sitting (chairs available if needed)
*Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
